Triple-pane windows will offer state-of-the-art heat-loss efficiency, while the windows’ custom profile provides a classic appearance with casement operation providing a tight seal against the elements. These advanced envelope design features alone are estimated to increase total building energy efficiency by ~30% as compared to comparable buildings. Advanced energy recovery system that extracts heat energy from the building through bathroom and hallway exhaust fans to generate power before the air is released into the atmosphere. The most EV charging spots of any large-scale building in Philadelphia Energy Star-rated appliances, LEED-compliant fixtures, and LED and CFL light bulbs throughout.
